Charmaine Koay is a Senior Supervisor at EAP Malaysia. She obtained her Masters of Science in Mental Health from the Middlesex University London and her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Bedfordshire. Charmaine worked in the field of elderly mental health in the UK for four years before returning to Malaysia. Amongst her areas of experience include individualized care planning, quality monitoring (statutory standards) and policy formulation.
Charmaine’s role at EAP includes overseeing the training and development of all clinical staff at EAP and has extensive experience in the area of facilitating training as well as public presentations. She has also been responsible for the planning and execution of EAP’s Annual Conferences. Additionally Charmaine conducts diagnostic evaluations, initial screenings and developmental assessments.
